4 UPGRADING THE FIRMWARE

The firmware is the operating system (OS) installed on the device. Firmware

upgradescanbringnewfeatures,improvementsandbugfixes.

Step1,Copy‘install.img’totherootdirectoryofaUSBstick,andconnectittothe

USBHOSTportoftheplayer.

Step2,PressandholdthePowerbuttononthefrontpanel,andkeeponholding.

Step3,PlugthepowercableintotheDCINjack,waitforabout5secondsormore,

andthentakeyourfingeroffthePowerbutton;

Firmwareinstallationwillstart.Thereisanotherwayforupgrading.Pleasereferto
